Midori Grabowski joined TOGETHER! as our CEO in February, 2025, after five years of success connecting young people with civic engagement opportunities. She has a strong background in establishing partnerships and leading events with community organizations and influencers to amplify Gen Z's voice in business and politics. Midori most recently served as Senior Director of Operations with Voters of Tomorrow, a Gen Z organization that engages and represents young Americans in politics and government. Prior to VOT, Midori successfully executed events like an AAPI Women’s Celebration at the Kennedy Center featuring U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth and Representative Pramila Jayapal, the first AAPIs in the Industry at Sundance Film Festival (Sunrise Collective), and a historic event at The Second City in Chicago featuring Vice President Kamala Harris, comedian Jimmy O. Yang, Westworld creator Lisa Joy, and other changemakers in the entertainment industry. Her work has been featured on Hulu, in Teen Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, and on the social media platforms of President Barack Obama. Midori brings together political leaders, cultural icons, and youth activists, reflecting her passion for amplifying diverse voices and fostering community action.

Jason Palmer is a former Democratic presidential candidate and co-founder of TOGETHER!, a youth empowerment platform for causes, companies, and campaigns. TOGETHER! supports cutting-edge, common-sense solutions and the people who champion them. Before his Presidential run, Palmer served in executive and leadership positions at Microsoft, Kaplan Education, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and impact investor New Markets Venture Partners.
Known as a leader in the conscious capitalism movement, Jason served as a board member to a dozen successful double-bottom-line companies that have positively impacted over 75 million students and workers and collectively grown to billions of dollars in value. As a serial entrepreneur, Palmer founded and grew three investor-backed technology and services companies and served as a turnaround leader for three others. He holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Virginia and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. Palmer is a proud resident of Baltimore, Maryland, and a devoted father.

Kwame Jackson is a noted leadership strategist, global contributor for Newsweek and a frequent political commentator for CNN, MSNBC, FOX, BBC, BET and NewsOne.
Kwame’s notable political partnerships include campaign consulting, media/communications strategy & events, Super PAC formation, and fundraising experience for the Obama, Bloomberg, and Kerry campaigns.
Best known for his inspiring leadership performance as the Runner-Up on Season 1 of NBC’s Apprentice, Kwame combines his Harvard Business School, Goldman Sachs, and Procter & Gamble corporate pedigree with thoughtful civic engagement, and an affable nature that allows him to touch audiences from the Boardroom to the Barrio as a sought-after thought leader, consultant, industry expert, professional speaker, and US Department of Commerce National Entrepreneur Awardee. Joanne Pasternack is a visionary leader in philanthropic impact, athlete advocacy, and community engagement. As the President & CEO of Oliver+Rose, she empowers athletes, entertainers, and executives to amplify their influence for social change. She is also the co-founder & CEO of Athletes’ Voices, a platform launched in collaboration with Harvard University and HBCU conferences to help athletes drive impact beyond sports.
Previously, Joanne led community initiatives for the Golden State Warriors and San Francisco 49ers, overseeing multi-million-dollar philanthropic programs. She also served as Executive Director of the Golden Heart Fund, supporting 49ers alumni in need.
A recognized expert in nonprofit leadership, Joanne holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Santa Clara University, with additional executive education from Stanford GSB. She is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and the University of San Francisco.
She serves on multiple nonprofit and corporate boards, including Special Olympics, Beyond Sport, WNFC, and iSport360. A passionate advocate for gender equity, inclusion, and Alzheimer’s research, Joanne lives in Bethesda, MD, with her family.

Deborah Perry Piscione is a serial entrepreneur, thought leader in innovation, AI + web3 technologies, venture capitalist, board advisor, New York Times best-selling author of Employment Is Dead, Deborah is a also keynote speaker and LinkedIn Learning author. As an expert on AI, web3 technologies and the future of work, Deborah is the co-founder + CEO of the Work3 Institute, a research and advisory firm that provides organizations with the framework for a new vessel of work for implementing AI + Web3 technologies. She and her co-founder, Josh Drean, are co-authoring a book, EMPLOYMENT IS DEAD!: How Disruptive Technologies Are Revolutionizing the Way We Work (Harvard Business Review Press, January 2025)
Deborah wrote the New York Times bestseller and highly acclaimed book, Secrets of Silicon Valley: What Everyone Else Can Learn from the Innovation Capital of the World, among three other best-selling books. Prior to her move to Silicon Valley in 2006, Deborah spent 18 years in Washington, DC as a staffer in the U.S. Congress and The White House in addition to serving as on-air political commentator on CNN, MSNBC and Fox News.
